Scuba Diver ? Very cool. A Three tank mount is on the boat. If you bring your own tank, it needs a soft boot on the
bottom to protect the boat, I have extra soft boots if needed. Nitrox OK, Dive computer excellent. Aluminum 80
(Black tank) shown (last photo). Got a 100, great, got nothing ? No problem.
Four A-80's,
one A-65, and one A-100 ready to go. Connie, Patti and buzz use dive computers, (Connie uses a
Oceanic hockey puck Nitrox, Buzz uses a Sherwood hockey
puck Nitrox computer, Patti uses a ...) dive tables available
for verification. One "extra" dive computer available, a
Suunto
Mosquito. A US Divers regulator set up is being serviced as a extra set for
friends to use.
We leave the tank's and BC's on the swim platform in the mount. All other
scuba gear goes foreword in a bag toward the bow. I have the GPS/Blue
Chart coordinates for most wrecks and caves. Bring your scuba certifications and other certifications
needed (cave/night/advanced/ETC.) This is all private/non-commercial so
bring what you need. Full head, bunks, sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave and
stowage on board. If you scuba, you get this: We will go out to any site within
range. This is a small 24 foot boat. Mostly we will do one day, one or two tank
dive trips.

The boat has a three tank capability on the dive
step/platform. All other tanks go forward. Buzz has: NAUI Basic,
NAUI Sport (now "advanced") and Night Diving
Certifications from NAUI. Currently in PADI Nitrox Training. Patti
has: Basic Certification from NAUI. Connie has: Basic certification from NASDS/SSI. Evan has Basic certification. Jenny has Basic
certification. Corina has basic certification. Jim has Basic certification. We have Glen and Karen as boat captain and
safety personnel. Glen, Buzz, Patti and Karen are all EMT's or better. VHF,
Vessel Assist ETC. are all covered. New! Kevin
has the 26 foot Sun cruiser across from us at CIM , he is a diver and
just did the Santa Cruz, Potato Rock dive. Lots of scallops and no other
divers. Very cool. We hope to work with, and dive with Kevin, despite
the fact he has a bigger boat! |
